On 5 January 2024, this discussion session was an initiative by the Departmental Joint Council (MBJ) of the Selangor State Irrigation and Drainage Department (JPS) as an effort to strengthen the friendship between the State Director of Irrigation and Drainage (PPSN) and all service scheme groups in the Selangor State JPS. The first series of casual conversation sessions involved the Public Assistant service scheme consisting of Grades H11, H14 and H16. A total of 165 Civilian Assistants from the headquarters, Mechanical and Electrical Services Division and nine (9) districts were present. Among the issues that have been raised are issues related to allocation and welfare.
