- The wave shape depicts a dynamic Department, always ready and enthusiastic, following the flow towards progress, advancing without knowing disappointment, unwilling to give up and perfecting excellent services.
- The blue expanse that finally merges into a green sky depicts the progress of agriculture and the beauty of the environment as a result of the unification of engineering and the universe, creating a harmonious environment in line with the philosophy of Water and its Environment, my heritage.
