On 17 December 2023, a self-priming pump unit with a capacity of 10 cusec (280 l/s) was installed at Kampung Sementa Water Gate by the staff of the Mechanical and Electrical Services Division, JPS Negeri Selangor to help remove stagnant flood water in Sg. Puloh and Bukit Raja and surrounding areas.
